Our Massage therapists: Shammy and Lily, are all highly qualified therapists and looking forward to using their skills to sort out any muscular issues you may be facing. Shammy loves sports massage and working with sports teams so if you're out running, cycling, swimming or doing any active sport and are due for a tune up then book in with him.

We are pleased to introduce Lily He, she comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience; Bachelor of Medicine (Chinese Medicine), worked as an acupuncturist and Physio in China for over 5 years also specializing in Reflexology, comes to us from working in Auckland for 3 years doing a range of massage rehabilitation work. She is pleased to be here and excited to work with and meet our PN clientele.

So if you are suffering from muscle pain or stiffness, headaches, neck, back, shoulder or arm pain, sciatica, Achilles problems and more, our team is willing and able to meet the challenge. They are all dedicated in what they do and look forward to meeting you soon.
